"I love being with a diverse group and hearing their experiences and responses. I am always learning and feel excited when I witness them coming to consensus about complex health issues" Coralie Wales - facilitator
Facilitation makes a difference. A disparate group of people have so much potential to learn from each other. Its important that facilitation - expert facilitation - is used to ensure an environment where people feel safe and able to make their own unique contribution. When this happens the result for the participants is to have the experience of being respected, being heard and feeling their own potential and collective intelligence.
